Role: Training Manager for Call Centre and Back Office Teams

As a part of the team you will -
- Create and deliver impactful training sessions focused on operational workflows, tools, and procedures.
- Design engaging learning resources like course outlines, presentations, and interactive activities.
- Update training content regularly to stay aligned with evolving processes and policies.
- Evaluate team performance by reviewing live interactions and call recordings to identify areas for improvement.
- Assess training success through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with HR, managers, and QA teams to ensure training supports organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and outcomes.
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective training implementation and alignment with business needs.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Additional Certification in Training is a plus.
