Your Role at a Glance:
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with functional and vertical heads to forecast manpower requirements and ensure effective workforce planning aligned with business objectives.
- Comprehensive Recruitment Management: Take ownership of the recruitment cycle-from sourcing to onboarding-ensuring optimal time-to-hire, quality of candidates, and cost-effectiveness.
- Pipeline Building: Develop proactive sourcing strategies to maintain a steady flow of high-quality -candidates for immediate and future needs.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, refine hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics, attrition trends, and recruitment performance. Present actionable insights through dashboards and reports to optimize processes.
- Vendor Relations: Manage recruitment vendors to ensure smooth collaboration, from mandate assignment to invoice settlement.
- Candidate Experience: Elevate the hiring journey by creating a positive and seamless experience for all candidates.
- Retention Initiatives: Work closely with HR and leadership teams to implement retention strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on emerging talent acquisition trends and integrate best practices into recruitment processes.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Educational Background: A full-time MBA in HR or related disciplines.
- Experience: At least 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably within the BFSI or Fintech sector.
Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in recruitment strategies, pipeline creation, and workforce analytics.
- Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
- Proven ability to develop and implement retention strategies that enhance employee engagement.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, data management, and HR systems.
- Personal Attributes: Analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and a knack for improving processes.
