Join a dynamic and innovative financial services organization as an IT Recruitment Specialist based in Mumbai. This role is critical in driving talent acquisition strategies for IT roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and contributing to broader HR business partnering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adherence to key metrics like turnaround time, source mix, and quality of hire.
- Sourcing & Screening: Leverage job boards, social media, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent. Screen and interview candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and provide market insights to influence hiring decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to business heads, coordinating technical interviews, gathering feedback, and driving timely closures. Build strong relationships to anticipate and meet evolving talent needs.
- Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires while adhering to recruitment norms and HR policies.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Prepare and present comprehensive HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for monthly business reviews, providing actionable insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Prioritize creating a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: A full-time MBA in HR or a relevant degree, ideally with a focus on IT recruitment or HR analytics.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, with exposure to the BFSI or NBFC sector preferred.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of technical roles, market trends, and the ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
- Skills & Traits: Proven expertise in talent acquisition, IT recruitment, and analytics, along with attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders, influence decisions, and foster collaboration.
