Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate IT Hiring Manager at Cambay Consulting LLC.

- He/She will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, and technical recruiting.

- The role involves connecting top-tier IT professionals with organizations to enhance their workforce capabilities.

Requirement and skill:

- Proven experience in Tecnical hiring.

- 5+ years of overall experience.

- Minimum of 3 years in Microsoft Technologies.

- Knowledge of end-to-end hiring (Sourcing to onboarding) Naukir, Linkedin and X-ray Search.

- Experience using an ATS and Social networks for recruiting.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication.

- Problem-solving ability, to be able to build effective and constructive relationships with Stakeholders.

- Good understanding of the talent landscape for Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate hiring activities.

- End to end hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Drive all hiring channels effectively.

- Resume screening and initial phone screening.

- Schedule/coordinate interviews.

- Maintain & build candidate database.

- Stakeholder management.

- Dashboards and Reporting.
