Position Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to identify organizational learning needs, create impactful training programs, and build a culture of continuous growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing and delivering engaging learning initiatives to empower employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis:

- Assess training and development needs across the organization through surveys, focus groups, and consultations with managers.

- Develop and execute an L&D strategy aligned with business goals and individual growth opportunities.

Training Program Design & Implementation:

- Design and deliver innovative learning programs (onsite, virtual, or blended) for technical, functional, and soft skills.

- Drive onboarding training for new hires, ensuring they transition smoothly and are aligned with company values.

- Develop leadership programs to upskill managers and team leads for effective performance management.

Content Development:

- Develop training materials, resources, and modules (workshops, presentations, e-learning, videos).

- Leverage industry-best tools and practices for engaging content delivery.

Performance & Skill Assessment:

- Track progress and effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, KPIs, and data analysis.

- Provide actionable reports and insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Learning Tools & Platforms:

- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) or tools to streamline employee development initiatives.

- Stay updated with trends in L&D, tools, and technology to integrate innovative learning solutions.

Employee Engagement & Development Culture:

- Promote a learning culture by organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, mentorship programs, and growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with department heads to align team-level training goals with business outcomes.

Team Support & Coordination:

- Coordinate with internal trainers, subject-matter experts, and external learning partners.

- Ensure seamless execution of L&D initiatives, from planning to implementation.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education:


- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.

- MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.

Experience:


- 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup or technology-driven company.

- Proven track record of developing, managing, and implementing L&D programs.

- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, instructional design principles, and LMS platforms.

- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and project management skills to measure training effectiveness.

- Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and content creation platforms (e.g., Articulate, Canva, or similar tools).

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
