Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement the overall L&D strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Design, create, and deliver training programs and courses, both in-person and online, to meet the needs of the organization.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Analyze training outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify top talent.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
