Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing and hiring strategies to meet the organization's hiring goals.
- Collaborate with business heads to understand workforce requirements and manage the talent pipeline to ensure 100% fulfilment of staffing needs.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies that yield high-quality candidates within target timelines, focusing on controlled attrition and minimizing poor hires.
Team Management & Performance Metrics:
- Lead and mentor a large team of recruiters, setting performance metrics, KPIs, and expectations for consistent delivery.
- Develop individual and team targets, tracking performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Utilize metrics such as Time-to-Hire (TTH), Cost per Hire (CPH), Quality of Hire (QoH), and First-Three Attrition (FTA) to assess team performance and quality of recruitment processes.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate, analyse, and publish detailed weekly and monthly hiring and pipeline reports, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
- Proactively identify hiring bottlenecks and provide solutions to ensure steady progress toward hiring targets.
- Track metrics including Time to Hire by role
- Candidate pipeline conversion rate
- Quality of hire
- Interview to offer ratio
- Offer to acceptance ratio
Stakeholder & Business Collaboration:
- Partner with business unit heads to understand hiring demands, adapting hiring strategies as per function-specific needs.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring expectations, candidate experience, and timelines.
- Manage regional hiring operations, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring consistency and compliance in recruitment practices.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with established guidelines, promoting consistency and fairness across regions.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiencies, including process streamlining, candidate management practices, and hiring team productivity
- Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes continually, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- Education: MBA in HR or related field from a Tier-2 institute (Full-Time).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in talent acquisition with significant hands-on experience in recruitment; must have started as a recruiter and advanced to a team lead or managerial position.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel for data analysis and recruitment metrics tracking.
- Expertise in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics platforms.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to manage large teams with a focus on KPIs, accountability, and result orientation.
- Strong data and metric-driven mindset with a keen eye for quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to delivering results
Travel & Flexibility:
- Willingness to travel to regional offices as required to meet stakeholders, understand hiring nuances, and support the team in achieving hiring goals.
