Inside Sales Executive
Overview
The Inside Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving sales and fostering client relationships in our Mumbai-based office. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Qualify leads through effective questioning and engagement techniques.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

  • Handle objections and negotiate pricing effectively.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a relevant sales role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
