Inside Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving sales and fostering client relationships in our Mumbai-based office. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Handle objections and negotiate pricing effectively.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a relevant sales role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High levels of organization and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with market research techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics.
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
