Inside Sales Executive - Immediate Joining (Mumbai Based)
The Inside Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Conduct outreach to potential customers via phone and email.
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs to propose suitable products.
  • Present and demonstrate product features to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a database of current and potential clients.
  • Engage in effective negotiation to secure sales contracts.

  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with the product line and market trends.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sales.
