Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including databases, online research, and networking.
- Initiate contact with leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to qualify prospects.
- Sales Presentations & Demos:
- Conduct virtual or in-person product presentations and demos to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Address client inquiries, resolve objections, and offer tailored solutions based on their needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information about leads, activities, and opportunities.
- Track sales progress and follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve team goals and strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to management.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through consistent communication and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or similar roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Goal-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
