Job Description

Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Brand Licensing

Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative for Real Estate Brand Licensing, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales of our real estate brand licensing solutions. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex deals. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate the value of our brand licensing services to real estate developers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation Prospecting:
  • Research and identify potential clients within the real estate sector, including developers, brokers, and other industry players.
  • Use outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate and qualify leads.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track and manage leads and opportunities effectively.

  • Sales Presentations Demos:
  • Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with potential clients to present the benefits and value of brand licensing in real estate projects.
  • Customize presentations to align with the specific needs and goals of the client.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and insight into how licensing a recognized brand can enhance property value and marketability.

  • Sales Process Management:
  • Drive the sales process from lead qualification through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Understand clients needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the legal and contracts team to finalize licensing agreements and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaboration with Marketing Client Success Teams:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns, content, and strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with the client success team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and continued satisfaction post-sale.
  • Share feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies.

  • CRM Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for all leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on pipeline progress, deal forecasts, and sales performance.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth for the business.

Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or business development, ideally within real estate, brand licensing, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools is preferred.

  • Skills Competencies:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and negotiate with clients.
  • Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.

  • Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
