Department: Sales Franchise Development
 
Reports to: Franchise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Market Research:
  • Identify and prospect potential franchisees for the Fashion TV Education vertical.
  • Conduct market research to understand potential franchise opportunities in the fashion education sector.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the franchise industry.

  • Sales Franchise Conversion:
  • Engage with prospective franchisees to present Fashion TV Education franchise opportunities.
  • Provide information on franchise offerings, benefits, and the process of becoming a franchisee.
  • Assess the needs and goals of potential franchisees and provide tailored solutions to ensure alignment with the Fashion TV education brand.

  • Consultative Sales Approach:
  • Educate potential franchisees on Fashion TV Education s value proposition, curriculum, and operational benefits.
  • Offer insights into the financial investment and support provided for opening and managing a Fashion TV Education franchise.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and objections to facilitate the franchise sales process.

  • Franchise Sales Process Management:
  • Track, manage, and update leads in CRM, ensuring the sales pipeline is consistently maintained.
  • Follow-up with leads through email, calls, and virtual meetings to ensure franchise opportunities are being explored.
  • Maintain timely communication with prospects and work towards closing the sale of the franchise.

  • Franchise Support Onboarding:
  • Assist in the franchise application process, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are fulfilled.
  • Provide ongoing support to potential franchisees during the decision-making process.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.

  • Collaboration Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and franchise support teams to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Share valuable market insights, feedback, and client trends to improve franchise offerings and sales strategies.

  • Sales Reporting Analytics:
  • Provide regular sales reports to track performance against targets and goals.
  • Analyze the sales process and propose improvements to increase franchise sales efficiency and conversion rates.

Required Skills Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales, franchise sales, or telesales, preferably in education, fashion, or franchising.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Solid understanding of the franchise sales process and ability to explain the benefits of franchise ownership.
  • Ability to work with prospective clients, understand their needs, and close deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for franchise development and fashion education.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • A degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is desirable.
