Department: Sales Franchise Development
Reports to: Franchise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation Market Research:
  • Identify and prospect potential franchisees for Fashion TV franchises in the Food Beverage and Health Beauty sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities within these two verticals, targeting individuals and companies interested in investing in the Fashion TV brand.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, online networking, and participation in industry-related events and franchise expos.

  • Sales Franchise Conversion:
  • Engage with potential franchisees, presenting Fashion TV s franchise offerings in the Food Beverage and Health Beauty verticals.
  • Educate prospects about the benefits of joining the Fashion TV franchise network and explain the unique value proposition of the brand.
  • Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs of prospects, offering solutions related to their business goals and interests in the FB or Health Beauty sectors.
  • Effectively address objections and work to close franchise sales in both sectors.

  • Consultative Sales Approach:
  • Provide in-depth consultations to prospects, offering guidance on investment requirements, franchise operations, and ongoing support.
  • Explain the operational processes, support systems, and training provided for franchisees in both the Food Beverage and Health Beauty verticals.
  • Demonstrate the strength of the Fashion TV brand, emphasizing industry expertise, marketing support, and potential for business growth.

  • Franchise Sales Process Management:
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, ensuring that prospects stay engaged throughout the decision-making process.
  • Handle all sales documentation and ensure that potential franchisees have a smooth experience through the sales funnel.

  • Franchise Onboarding Support:
  • Support prospects in understanding the application, financial, and legal requirements to become a Fashion TV franchisee in the Food Beverage or Health Beauty sectors.
  • Collaborate with operations and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of franchise agreements.
  • Assist in the transition of signed franchise agreements to the onboarding team to ensure a smooth launch.

  • Collaboration with Teams:
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and support teams to coordinate lead generation strategies and ensure the consistent flow of quality prospects.
  • Provide valuable feedback and market insights to help refine the franchise offerings and improve sales strategies.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss performance and share strategies for achieving sales goals.

  • Reporting Analytics:
  • Regularly update sales reports, tracking the progress of leads, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and provide insights into trends and opportunities to optimize the franchise sales process.

Required Skills Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales or franchise sales, preferably within the Food Beverage, Health Beauty, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with prospective franchisees.
  • Familiarity with franchise sales processes, including negotiations, contracts, and onboarding.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • A passion for the Food Beverage or Health Beauty industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
  • A degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
