Responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/ assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining the CRM of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Update CRM on daily basis without any gap & provide reporting.
Perform Market Research Intelligence - Collect Data and Analyse to make informed decisions regarding competitor behaviours, products, trends, and market opportunities.
Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns and strategies that aligns with business objectives.
Identify the right target audience and run campaigns via phone calls, Messages, Emails and social media.
Develop strategies to monitor and optimize campaign results and measure results by total meetings and conversions.
Allocate resources and track performance and oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales and marketing collaterals - advertisements, social media content, email campaigns etc.
Requirements:
Must possess bachelor s degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
Have a minimum of 2+ years B2B inside sales experience typically in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company.
Have a minimum of 5+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent Customer Service, Phone and Cold calling skills for US Customers.
Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software etc.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
Efficient project management skills to meet deadlines and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
