Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales team during the pre-sales process.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations for potential customers.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address client requirements.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials that highlight product benefits.

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot during client interactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare responses for RFPs (Request for Proposals).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements based on client feedback.
  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches.
  • Train clients on product usage post-sale as needed.
  • Track and analyze pre-sales activities and their outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or sales support role.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of relevant products.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
