The role focuses on driving sales by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right skill-based training solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Engagement
Contact prospective students via calls, emails, and online platforms to inform them about our training programs.
Understand the needs and aspirations of potential customers and match them with suitable courses.
Conversion & Follow-ups
Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by effectively presenting program benefits and addressing concerns.
Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and encourage timely decision-making.
Pipeline Management
Maintain an organized database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools.
Track and report sales activities, conversions, and outcomes to the sales manager.
Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students to encourage referrals.
Act as a trusted advisor to ensure a positive student experience throughout the enrollment process.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with campaigns.
Provide feedback on market trends and student preferences to improve product offerings and strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in any field.
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales-oriented mindset are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
Persuasive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
