The Inside Sales Calling Executive is responsible for lead management and fostering relationships with potential and existing customers via phone. This role involves understanding customer needs, coordinating with distributors, and tracking lead updates on Salesforce and Interlynx tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Inbound Calling:
Make calls to inbound leads from prospective and existing customers understand their requirements and assign them respective channel partners
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on defined criteria after making initial contact.
Lead Tracking Engagement:
Ensure distributors update the lead status on time.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships for future conversions
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of the company s products services.
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively address customer needs.
Reporting and Feedback:
Prepare and submit regular reports on lead activities, lead conversion, and performance metrics.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer needs, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Any degree
Experience: Experience in an inside sales role, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
