Job Description

  • Lead Qualification : Screen potential leads through research and initial contact to evaluate their needs, budget, and purchasing authority, ensuring alignment with our high-ticket offerings.
  • Appointment Setting : Schedule sales appointments between qualified leads and our sales team, optimizing the sales process and increasing the efficiency of our sales funnel.
  • Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies, building trust and credibility.
  • Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and performance data.
  • Product Knowledge : Gain a deep understanding of our products or services, enabling effective communication of their value and benefits to potential clients.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on lead qualification and appointment setting metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Feedback Collection : Gather and relay feedback from potential clients to the sales and product development teams to aid in product improvement and sales approach refinement.
  • Closing Sales : Skillfully navigate the sales process from lead qualification to closing, employing effective closing techniques to secure high-value deals, while ensuring a positive customer experience that lays the foundation for long-term relationships.
