Deploy new systems and contribute to IT projects as required.
Audit systems to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
Provide day-to-day IT support for a team of 50, using helpdesk tools.
Manage software and user account setups for new starters , including remote onboarding for team members in Australia, India, the Philippines, and Bangladesh.
Maintain and support our telephony system (RingCentral) and rostering platform (Acuity) .
Oversee the Zoho One Business Suite , including the management of Sales, Marketing, and IT tools.
Manage IT assets (registers, storage, repairs) to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Work with open APIs to integrate 3rd-party tools with our technology stack.
Support technical training programs to enhance staff competency.
Ensure proper documentation is created and maintained for all systems and services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Completion or near completion of a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline .
IT support experience , with troubleshooting expertise.
Experience with telephony systems (RingCentral preferred).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 OS , Microsoft Office Suite , and Google Workspace .
Familiarity with Office 365 tools such as SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Planner, and OneDrive for Business.
Excellent diagnostic skills with an analytical problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication skills , with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
Knowledge or exposure to CRMs , preferably Zoho One .
