Desktop Support Engineer (1 Opening)

• Handle daily technical support activities related to desktop support, Network issue and Window system.
• Load/Reload standard build operating system configurations.
• Installation & troubleshooting of critical applications & their usage guidelines.
• Installation of anti-virus on desktops and remove virus.
• Escalate the problem to the technical specialist & to Team Leads if not resolved.
• Experience in Desktop Troubleshooting with laptop-Field Support or On Call support.
• OS-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc.
• Should have experience in Desktop Supportor Computer hardware & Networking and Laptop.

Requirements

• Any Graduate
• 2-3 years of experience in IT Support
• Ready to join within 10-15 days
• Ready to support 24/7
