Location: Hyderabad
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Toolyt, a cutting-edge SaaS-based CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, with a preference for those who have successfully sold CRM tools. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for Toolyt.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting enterprises, mid-market, and SMBs for Toolyt s CRM solution.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consultative selling and in-depth knowledge of Toolyt s features and benefits.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and Toolyt s evolving feature set to effectively communicate value propositions.
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Maintain an active sales pipeline, keeping accurate records in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably CRM tools.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, SaaS models, and the tech ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in selling SaaS-based CRM solutions to enterprises.
Familiarity with sales automation tools and a passion for technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
