Overview
IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR COURIER FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE
  1. Customer Support Executive Courier (CSE) (05) ONLY FEMALE
Open Positions Salary starts from 12000/- to 22000/- per month
  1. Languages Needed; English, Kannada & Hindi
  2. Work Location: Dodda Banaswadi Bangalore 560043
  3. (Preferably looking for candidates with 5 KM or nearby candidate can apply for this these profiles.
  4. Dayshift: 9:30 to 6:30 PM
  5. Note: Candidate should Minimum 1 year prior experience with Courier Industry.
  6. Joining: immediate
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
  1. Collect payment and manage refund.
  2. Co-Ordinate with Business Partners & MNC s Company
  3. Onboard affiliates Research, call and follow up
  4. Post on social media Marketing
  5. Staff attendance, leaves, salary slip etc.
  6. Send/Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  7. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access monitor. This will involve making logbook entries or issuing visitor badges
  8. Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing etc.
  9. Basic administrative duties like maintaining staff/contractors attendance Etc
  10. Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
