Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and help closing deals within the publishing services sector. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients via phone & email, and setup virtual meetings.
- Client profiling, research and updating database.
- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions from our service offerings.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to confidently address
customer inquiries. - Manage the pipeline effectively using CRM tools, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management team to align on strategies and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working in European and North American markets.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the service industry (banking, telecom, insurance, SaaS, etc.).
- B2B sales experience would be a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree
