Job Description
Recruitment: End to end recruitment - Sourcing, Telephonic Interview, Tracker Maintenance, Interview Scheduling, Document Collection, Salary Negotiation, Offer Letter.
- Onboarding - Joining formalities, documentation, filling, Induction and NDA signing etc.
- Exit Formalities - Exit approval, exit interview, supporting documents related to Full Final Settlement, Exit Agreement signing etc.
- Maintain attendance records of all employees (Paid Leave, Unpaid Leave, Sick Leave, and Maternity Leave).
- Maintain personal files of each employee.
- Annual Appraisal - Creation of data sheets as per the MIS reports for the annual/mid-term appraisals
- Employee engagement - Festivals, Birthdays and Work anniversaries.
- Generate all employee letters during the employee life cycle.
Mandatory Skills and Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Recruitment and handling of portals like Naukri, Work India, LinkedIn etc.
- Superlative interpersonal and conflict-management abilities.
- Energetic with a can-do attitude.
- Hands-on experience of MS Office
- Ability to create and maintain reports and data related to HR and Admin.
