Job Title: Telecaller for Sales
Overview
The Telecaller for Sales plays a pivotal role in driving the company s revenue growth by directly engaging with potential customers. This position is essential in promoting our products and services, conducting market research, and gathering valuable customer feedback. By making outbound calls to potential leads, telecallers effectively communicate the value of our offerings and nurture relationships that lead to sales conversions. Working in a fast-paced environment in Mumbai, the Telecaller will collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize strategies, track leads, and contribute to overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain a record of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-up requirements in the CRM.
  • Gather and document customer feedback and concerns for future product development.
  • Provide accurate information about the products and services offered.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and upselling opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads that show interest to ensure closure on sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and optimize sales strategies.
  • Identify potential challenges in customer engagement and develop methods to overcome them.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while interacting with customers.
  • Train and onboard new telecallers as necessary.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics and strategies.
  • Collect data on market trends and competitor actions to inform sales strategy.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials and scripts for outbound calling.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Competitive mindset and a drive to exceed performance metrics.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings or weekends as required.
