Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sales or Marketing.
  • Recent graduates or up to 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with customers.
  • Analytical skills to assess sales performance data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital sales platforms and e-commerce is a plus.
