Job Title: Telecaller

The Telecaller plays an essential role in our organization by serving as the first point of contact between our company and potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development of telemarketing scripts.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Cumulative experience of at least 6 months to 1 year in telecalling or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to understand market trends.
- Knowledge of telemarketing regulations and best practices.
