Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and requirements.

  • Assist in the creation of proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Support sales representatives in technical queries and presentations.

  • Coordinate with the technical team to customize solutions for clients.

  • Prepare monthly reports on sales forecasts and client engagements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales or sales support roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions and products.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM software for tracking sales processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies.
  • Understanding of customer engagement strategies.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients as required.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
