Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Mumbai

The Telecaller plays an essential role in our organization by serving as the first point of contact between our company and potential clients. The ability to communicate effectively, listen actively, and build rapport quickly is paramount. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a knack for sales. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Conduct market research to identify new leads.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the development of telemarketing scripts.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Cumulative experience of at least 6 months to 1 year in telecalling or customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical skills to understand market trends.
Knowledge of telemarketing regulations and best practices.
