Job Description :

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate positions within Fashion TV. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for roles in the real estate sector, strong knowledge of the industry, and a proven track record of attracting high-quality candidates.

As part of our growing HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to help drive the success of Fashion TV s real estate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate positions across various levels (from entry-level to senior executive roles).
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including leveraging social media, real estate networks, and industry-specific job boards.
Build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand job requirements and provide guidance on the talent acquisition process.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates suitability for the roles based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the candidate experience and promote Fashion TV as an employer of choice in the real estate space.
Maintain a strong pipeline of talent by proactively networking within the real estate sector.
Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to continuously improve the hiring process.
Stay current with industry trends, talent market shifts, and best practices in real estate recruitment.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations during the hiring process.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on real estate recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including roles in property development, management, leasing, and investment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment and delivering high-quality candidates.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
A passion for talent acquisition and helping individuals find the right opportunities to grow their careers.
