Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the organization. Based in Mumbai, this role is essential for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and expanding the company s market presence. As a frontline representative, the Executive is responsible for promoting the companys products and services while developing strategic partnerships to enhance profitability and foster long-term success. This position requires a proactive approach and a strong understanding of market dynamics, allowing the individual to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients. Success in this role directly impacts the organizations ability to achieve its targets and maintain a competitive edge in a rapidly changing marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via research and networking.
  • Engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Required Qualifications
