Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving corporate growth by managing relationships and expanding the client base. The Business Development Executive is tasked with identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings based on market feedback.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the company.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Experience in market research and analysis.
