Key Responsibilities

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales pipeline.

Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the company.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Track market and industry trends to inform business strategies.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
Develop promotional strategies based on market trends and client needs.
Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and sales processes effectively.
Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with negotiation and closing strategies.
Experience in managing client relationships.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings.
Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player approach.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is an advantage.
