Job Description

Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our organization while ensuring the alignment of our sales strategies with client needs. Operating from our Mumbai office, the BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our services to expand market reach. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen and a passion for connecting with clients to deliver value. The BDE will contribute to the organization s success by enhancing our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and working closely with our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to engage with potential clients, understand market trends, and execute effective sales plans that foster long-term relationships. Ultimately, this role is pivotal in establishing our brand reputation and achieving our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Attend industry-related events and conferences to network and promote our services.
  • Analyze client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and track sales metrics to evaluate personal and team performance.
  • Nurture leads through follow-ups and regular communication.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project scopes and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM database of clients and prospects.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and market opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure timely completion of sales-related documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
