Overview
The role of a Pre-sales Executive is critical in bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. This position requires a dynamic professional who can effectively present, demonstrate, and articulate the benefits of our products and services. Located in Mumbai, the Pre-sales Executive will work closely with both the sales and technical teams to ensure that all client inquiries are met with swift and skilled responses. The importance of this role lies in its direct impact on revenue generation and customer satisfaction by influencing conversion rates and fostering long-term relationships. An ideal candidate should bring both technical prowess and interpersonal skills to create effective solutions tailored to client needs. By engaging with customers early in the sales cycle, the Pre-sales Executive is integral to providing tailored solutions and convincing clients of the value proposition, making their input vital in shaping successful sales strategies and groundwork for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations of products and services.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and provide accurate proposals.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Gather feedback from customers and team to improve offerings.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and technical documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements in detail.
  • Prepare and conduct product demonstrations based on customer needs.
  • Support sales teams in technical discussions and negotiations.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline and forecast opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client implementations.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or pre-sales support roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and understanding of market dynamics.
  • An understanding of online sales channels and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in English and knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
