We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to build and nurture relationships with key partners, identifying and executing strategic opportunities that will drive growth and expand market presence. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing our partnership strategy and aligning with the company's long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development : Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with potential companies, brands, and stakeholders that align with the company's business goals.
Negotiation & Contracts : Lead negotiations and develop mutually beneficial agreements with partners, ensuring all terms align with business objectives.
Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations, fostering collaboration and trust.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure successful execution of partnership agreements and to drive aligned business strategies.
Market & Industry Analysis : Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and potential threats.
Strategic Planning : Contribute to the development and execution of the partnership strategy, ensuring it is aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Innovation & Growth : Identify innovative solutions and business models in partnership development to create additional revenue streams or enhance product offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple partnerships and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant business software.
