Responsibilities:
- Project Management - Overseeing key administrative projects from CEO's office
- Responsible and accountable for taking Strategic Appointments on behalf of the CEO ( scheduling meetings, managing calendar )
- Liaison with the stakeholders ( internal and external ) at CXO level
- Facilitate or coordinate for various management forums and follow up with stakeholders.
- Managing flow of information to CEO's office - emails, phone calls, letters, and more!
- Prioritizing important meetings by assessing the priority of different appointments and scheduling and reallocating them as required.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive materials with care.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports on timely basis
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Soft Skills :
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal Skills
- Ability to get things done in a pro-active manner
Technical Skills :
- Tech Savvy
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite with Excel, PowerPoint, word.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science
- 1+ Years of experience in working with top management of a company
