Entrepreneur in Residence - Investment Banking (4-12 yrs)

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) plays a critical leadership role within the organization, driving innovation, growth, and strategic direction. This individual will work closely with the executive team and other key stakeholders to explore new opportunities, identify growth strategies, and enhance operational efficiency. The EIR will be responsible for making high-level decisions on both strategic and operational matters, while also managing marketing, and administrative aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, hands-on leader with a strong entrepreneurial mind-set who can pivot across various roles within the company to ensure its continued success.
