Job Description:
Sales of EMS services and allied services across PAN India as well as globally.
Meetings with customers key members for Services demonstration-Presentation.
Work closely with the sales head to develop effective strategies and solutions to attract potential customers.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Work closely with the Pre-sales team & marketing team to align lead generation strategies and ensure a consistent approach to attracting and converting leads .
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, providing relevant information, and addressing customers queries .
Preparing proposals and quotations tailored to client needs and share with customers.
Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to keep customers engaged and supported.
Fast Response and resolution time of customers queries/support through mails, phone calls.
Key coordination & communication around customer life cycle with customers and internal stakeholders till customer onboard successfully.
Real time updates and maintain all leads details with status and share leads report with Project head - CRM Tool.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for driving revenue growth through selling EMS services & allied services, account management, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to target OEMs, startups, and enterprises requiring EMS solutions.
Build & maintain a strong relationship with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Engage in contract negotiations and ensure high-value deal closures.
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through trade shows and market intelligence.
Develop & maintain in-depth knowledge of EMS services & allied services including features, benefits and applications.
Work with the Product team & delivery management team to ensure smooth execution of service contracts.
Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition and sales cycle length.
Collaborating with Marketing and Product Teams to develop sales enablement tools, including sales collateral, case studies, and demo environments.
Research and track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.
Manage sales pipeline and forecasting to ensure accurate revenue projections and sales performance metrics.
Provide regular sales reports and analytics to the sales head including sales performance metrics, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
To qualify for the role, you must have-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong EMS Industry understanding and market trends.
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying and closing deals.
Strong presentation skills to effectively demonstrate products and solutions to potential clients.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and work well in a team.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position the company s services effectively .
Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
Proficiency in understanding and assessing client requirements to provide tailored solutions .
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
A bachelor s degree
At least 5-6+ years of experience in Sales activities.
Deep understanding of the EMS field (Electronics Manufacturing Services) and selling services .
