Field Application Engineer :

Highly motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our team and support the growing Electronic components and semiconductor industry in India. The FAE will act as the technical interface between the company and customers, delivering pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise from the product management. The ideal candidate will drive design wins, product support, exceptional technical support, collaboration with vender suppliers, product management and ensure seamless product integration into customer designs, enabling customer success.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic responsibilities -

Develop tailored technical solutions for customers by understanding their application requirements and aligning them with the company s semiconductor and electronic component products.

Provide technical expertise in meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to help drive solution-based selling.

Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support strategic account wins through technical expertise during pre-sales activities.

Ensure long-term account success by providing continuous post-sales technical support and driving customer retention and loyalty.

Develop unique technical value propositions to differentiate the company s offerings in a competitive electronic components and semiconductor landscape.

Functional responsibilities -

Assist customers in integrating semiconductors and electronic components into their systems, providing technical advice on the design and application.

Provide technical guidance and support during the pre-sales process, address customer inquiries and develop solutions

Offer ongoing technical assistance to customers after the sale, helping them troubleshoot issues and optimize product performance.

Facilitating customers during design-in to design-win process in terms of Hardware and software support. Collaborate with venders and ensure successful implementation.

Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of components and support customer production schedules.

Conduct training for customers, partners, and internal teams to improve product understanding and drive market adoption

Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform market research, competition analysis of competing products Brands, market trends.

Preparing Managing product data, datasheets, certifications and related documents.

Preparing MIS, trackers, and other reports.

Skills

• Deep technical knowledge of electronic components and semiconductor technologies, their functions and applications.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into actionable business insights.
• Familiarity with embedded systems design and programming C/C++, Python, H/W integration.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in customer applications and products.
• Experience with product testing, validation, and providing performance feedback.
• Ability to create review datasheets, user manuals, application notes, and other documents.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Collaborating with suppliers and vendors, good negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Should be competent in MS office, Presentation, emails etc.

Prioritizing and time management for every task and following SOPs.

","QUALIFICATION":"

Bachelor s degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Industrial Electronics engineering.

4 ~ 6+ years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics components industry.

Strong technical background in semiconductor products and applications.

Experience in customer-facing technical roles, with a focus on providing solutions-based support.

• Good analytical and troubleshooting, product know-how, design related skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the industry, products and market trends.
• Should know product management of electronics components and semiconductor products.
• Flexible to travel PAN India.
