Their is nothing to like about the company

The company is worst place to work. Management only believe in making money with employees hard work. Promotion, awards, hike everything is given to only those who are management favourites. The HR dept is worst does not understand employees situation but make it more worst they try to adopt mnc policies but only those which will make employees life hell like fire anyone over mail. Worst company to work with

The working office and factory set up.

Dislikes

This is a HIRE and FIRE Company. The employees are hired and fired rapidly. The dirty office politics is at the highest level. The entire company is run by only one HIGHLY ARROGANT person and that is CMD of the company, working like a Proprietor rather than Mg. Director. All the key senior management posts are given to his Friends and Relatives only. No individual ever gets the opportunity to get promoted to higher position. The meetings held in the board rooms are shouting matches full of abusive languages. In the meeting rooms innovative ideas are not discussed. Only one way arrogant abusive communications from the CMDs and the permanent Sr. Managers who are his Friends and Relatives. The credit of good work done by some employee is taken away by the Sr. Managers who do not perform at all. Sr. Managers are protected by the CMD and the other staff are blamed for the blunders of the Sr. Managers. The old dedicated, hardworking staff are kept aside and their brilliant work, developmental work, new potential customers developed by them are transferred to the newly appointed staff at higher designation and higher salaries. ZERO growth potential. ONLY stagnancy. No Job security. This is a Life Ruining Company....

Overall it was a good experience, You'll get lot of responsibility and lot of learnings.

Dislikes

Management is always in very confused state, no clear vision. Leadership should improve a lot. Due to internal politics lower level empolyees never gets clear idea on what should be focus area.

Work culture is Average. Very poor hiking percentages even if you are exceeding or doing well at your job.

Dislikes

Poor hiking criteria. Very less percentage. Lack of ownership and responsibility among certain key people in the company.

Middle management behaviour is worst. HR policies are not good. Working hours is more. More like manufacturing and doesn't feel like we are in software company. During pandemic also no wfh. No Saturday off.
