Job Description
- Develop and execute a strategic plan involving IBM Maximo.
- Manage all aspects of the IBM Maximo product including implementation, customization, and maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Maximo related issues and inquiries.
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions using Maximos capabilities.
- Coordinate Maximo upgrades, patches, and other technical projects as required.
- Manage resources to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provides leadership and mentoring to Maximo team members.
- Manage relationships with consultants, vendors, and IBM representatives.
- Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience with IBM Maximo.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in delivering Maximo solutions within an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Maximos integration with other applications.
- Successful experience in managing a team.
- Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to travel as per business requirements.
- IBM Maximo certification is preferable.
