Job Summary:
We are seeking an architect for designing and implementing comprehensive asset management solutions that optimize the lifecycle, performance, and maintenance of physical assets across an organization. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, the EAM Architect ensures that the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system aligns with organizational goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, EA tools like Lean IX, Enterprise Architect by Sparx, etc and methodologies.
Good understanding of Application Rationalization
Application lifecycle management, IT cost management
Business processes, systems and data flows modelling
Data integration into Ardoq from various sources, Visualizations, Dashboard.
Maintenance of data integrity and consistency and alignment between business and IT strategies.
Knowledge of IT and cloud infra.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, with a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and reliability engineering.
Experience with leading EAM platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP EAM, IFS EAM, Oracle EAM).
Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware, and data exchange techniques in an enterprise environment.
Expertise in asset performance management (APM), preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring techniques.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and system optimization.
Experience with cloud-based EAM solutions and understanding of digital transformation trends in asset management.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 55000, OSHA, and other safety and compliance frameworks
