This role forms part of Enterprise Data and Analytics organisation. A Data Product Manager, also known as Data Architect, plays a crucial role in designing data products infrastructure to extract, organize, and manage data for authorized individuals within an organization.

Key Responsibilities
*Identify Core Data Elements Entities.
*Be responsible for data products architecture create and design every aspect of a database, including conceptual and logical data models and data flow diagram using a diagram drawing tool .
*Understand, document, and maintain the data lineage for given data products in scope .
*Be the F.A.I.R. Guardian - ensure that data is Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable .
*Identify areas for improvement in current data products .
*Create documentation for existing data products in scope of a given area. *Retrofit existing data products to be complaint with company standards documentation wise .
*Identify data duplication between existing data platforms and design new data models to deduplicate common datasets .
Make sure that the data products are properly catalogued and follow the definition of done principles .
*Collaborate with other Data Product Managers to work on the cross-domain data sharing, identify the needs of other products and make sure data contracts are in place.
*Keep the confidential data secure by identifying the security rules requirements and working with Solution Architecture Team on implementing them.
*Collaborate with senior Stakeholders to understand the Business needs and improve existing data models.
*Be part of a Data Governance chapter and collaborate with the larger team within the Data and Analytics department.
*Work closely with the squad (Data Engineers, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts) to make sure data products are being built as per architectural design.

Role Requirements Qualifications
*With 8+ years of experience with 4-6 years working with Data Business analysis or Data Analytics products.
*Data management skills.
*Experience with Microsoft Azure tech stack (Databricks, ADO, ADF).
*Understanding of Data Mesh concept and F.A.I.R. principle.
*Knowledge and understanding of Data Layers (Medallion Architecture) and Kimball Dimensional Modelling.
*Data modelling skills (conceptual logical data models, defining keys and dimentional vs transactional tables relations, normalized vs denormalized data).
*Understanding of PowerBI, basic SQL/R/Python skills to be able to query the tables.
*Superior analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Creative problem-solving abilities and unconstrained thinking approach.
*Ability to work in a high paced, dynamic environment, change management skills.
*2+ years of Data Governance/Management experience for this managerial level.
*Ability to define requirements on setting up a comprehensive Data Strategy with business and technical partners.
