Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Sales and Service Cloud or Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Integrations, and Customer 360 implementations. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and drive digital transformation through Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
*Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
*Work with Sales and Service Cloud or CG Cloud, ensuring best practices and system optimization.
*Lead change management initiatives, including the creation of training materials and user adoption strategies.
*Support end-to-end project lifecycles, including CRM, TPM, integrations, and Customer 360 implementations.
*Ensure system configurations align with business goals and compliance requirements.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in CRM, TPM, integrations, and Customer 360 projects.
*Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud or CG Cloud functionalities and capabilities.
*Experience in Agile methodologies
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*High energy and proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Salesforce certifications in Sales and Service Cloud or CG Cloud.
