Job Summary :
We are looking for a Change Manager at the Manager or Senior Manager level to drive and support the 3-year implementation roadmap of our Global Capability Center (GCC). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
*Work closely with global stakeholders in EU, NA, and ANZ to align project goals with business needs.
*Experience leading transformational change management initiatives for large/mega size organizations.
*Experience with projects related to ServiceNow.
*Capability to interact successfully in a global, multi-vendor, multi-cultural environment.
*Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
*Ability to prioritize workloads and to cope with a degree of pressure.
*Professional approach with high level of integrity efficient, helpful and Customer Service focused.
*Excellent customer relationship building skills.
*IT skills to understand and understand infrastructure and application changes.
*Ability to obtain results through collaboration with colleagues and 3rd parties involved in service delivery.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*8+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably in large-scale business transformation or GCC setup
*Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter s 8-Step Change Model).
*Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and drive change initiatives across different cultures and time zones.
*Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
*Experience in training design, communication planning, and change adoption strategies.
*Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation projects is a plus.
*Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
