Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager at the Senior Manager level to lead the establishment of a Global Capability Center (GCC). The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across Europe (EU), North America (NA), and Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) regions, necessitating flexible working hours aligned with EU and NA time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
*Experience in Global Delivery Services and Management.
*Lead the GCC setup project from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
*Oversee detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
*Work closely with global stakeholders in EU, NA, and ANZ to align project goals with business needs.
*Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
*Drive governance, reporting, and regular status updates for senior leadership.
*Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution.
*Optimize resource allocation and budget control.
*Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and organizational policies.
*Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*11+ years of project management experience, preferably in a GCC setup or transformation project.
*Global Transformation, Business and Delivery management is preferable.
*Proven experience managing large-scale, global projects across multiple time zones.
*Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior executives.
*Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
*Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
*Experience working in IT, Finance, Shared Services, or Business Transformation projects is a plus.
*PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
