Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to oversee the delivery management of Web Technologies, E-Commerce, CMS, Mobility, and Core Engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies, a strong engineering background, and expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to engage with senior customer stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and coordinate diverse teams across various competency areas, including Design, Content, Development, Analytics, and Quality Assurance.
*Lead the on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects while ensuring a high level of client and internal team satisfaction.
*Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including Requirement Gathering, High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Execution, Quality Assurance, and DevOps Automation.
*Provide strong engineering leadership, engaging in architecture, technical design, and program planning discussions with senior customer stakeholders.
*Drive Agile, DevOps, and efficient delivery processes, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools.
*Manage technical teams comprising architects, leads, and developers, guiding their communications and technical delivery outcomes.
*Engage with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Hands-on experience (past or present) with ES6-based JavaScript front-end technologies such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or VueJS.
*Hands-on experience (past or present) with at least one back-end technology, such as Java, .Net, LAMP Stack, Ruby on Rails (ROR), or Node.js.
*Exposure to relational databases (SQL) and schema-less databases (nice to have).
*Experience in eCommerce and web technologies, from concept to delivery as a service provider.
