Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to independently lead and motivate diverse teams on a variety of digital projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The Technical Project Manager will also function as a Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies and driving efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage digital projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while adhering to internal processes.
*Oversee project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction and team efficiency.
*Act as a Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning.
*Proactively monitor and manage project scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risks.
*Provide weekly project status reports to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and issues.
*Build consensus within the project team to drive effective problem resolution.
*Advocate for project team members, ensuring they are empowered with the necessary information and resources.
*Effectively communicate across project teams, client stakeholders, and senior management through written and verbal channels.
*Facilitate efficient meetings by preparing agendas, leading discussions, and following up on action items.
*Adjust communication styles to suit different audiences and foster collaboration within diverse teams.
*Act as a key client contact, ensuring expectations are met and deliverables align with business goals.
*Utilize project management systems such as OpenAir and Jira for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
*Maintain resource forecasts and project team allocations on a weekly basis.
*Work closely with clients and product owners to align solutions with business objectives.
*Develop domain expertise in clients business areas to drive successful outcomes.
*Collaborate with designers, developers, and content strategists while ensuring seamless communication across all organizational levels.
*Partner with Client Service Executives and Business Development teams to scope, size, and solution new opportunities.
*Report to the Program Director and contribute to process and efficiency improvements within program delivery.
*Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive project success and contribute to the evolution of Agile and project management standards and best practices.
*Continuously expand and refine skills, techniques, and tools through professional development.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in project management roles of increasing responsibility.
*1-2 years of Agile project management experience.
*5+ years of consulting or agency experience as a project manager.
*Strong exposure to management methodologies including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.
*Experience managing multiple teams (4-8 people per team) concurrently, including remote or distributed teams.
*Proven ability to deliver large-scale digital projects (USD 1MM+, 9-month duration).
*Deep understanding of digital development processes and technologies.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, or equivalent software development tools.
*Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal), eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), and Google Analytics is a plus.
*Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are preferred.
