Technical Project Manager

Mandatory Skills

• Should have minimum 8+ yrs technical development experience as background in Java and any frontend technologies (Angular/ReactJS)
• Should have strong experience in database (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MSSQL etc)
• Having US Healthcare domain or FHIR experience is a plus.
• Should have strong experience in GIT branching strategies.
• Should have strong experience in any cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
• Should have strong experience in project management tools like JIRA, TFS etc
• Should have good facilitation skills and should have facilitated the Scrum Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo, Retrospective, Product Backlog Refinement.
• Should have experience in identifying problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions. Should be able to facilitate quick resolution to keep teams highly motivated and productive.
• Should be able to understand the technical issues of the project and team members and be able to communicate the same to the stake holders in detail.
• Guide, Coach and Work with Product Owner for an effective Product Backlog Management
• Ensuring all required project-related information/reports/dashboards as agreed and needed by the organization are always up to date and available, hence should be able to create a transparency environment.
• Should have strong skills of project management like Project planning, Monitoring, Estimation techniques, Schedule, Risk Management, Project Health Metrics
• Manage risks and issues proactively, including resources, costs, and systems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Should be able to manage the project teams like task assignment, reviews, performance metrics collection
• Should have mandatory skills of customer coordination, providing project status updates to customer and all other stakeholders
• Faster team collaboration and help in identifying and resolving conflicts.
• Excellent people management and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
